Internal safety cleaning and disinfection rules ensures: High-temperature washing of cloakrooms and other accessories provided (e.g. towels), used in business activities by employees and customers (around 60º C).

All Employees received information and/or specific training on how to take basic precautions to prevent and control infection relating to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak, including Hand disinfection: wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use hand disinfectant containing at least 70º alcohol, covering all surfaces of the hands and rubbing them until dry.
All Employees received information and/or specific training on how to take basic precautions to prevent and control infection relating to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak, including Social behaviour: change the frequency and form of contact between employees and between employees and customers, avoiding (where possible) close contact, handshakes, kisses, shared work stations, physical meetings and shared meals, utensils, cups and towels.

1. At the time of booking, 50% of the total amount will be paid, the remaining 50% will be paid by the date the service starts (up to 5 days before in the case of payments by bank transfer or paypal). In the case of reservations made less than 5 days in advance, in relation to the date of the service, payment of 100% of the total value of the service must be made at the time of booking.
2. In case of cancellation of a reservation already paid (50% of the total value), up to 48 hours before the start date of the service, there will be a refund of 50% of the amount paid in the reservation (50% of the total value) . If the cancellation is made later, there will be no refund.
3. Payment can be made in the following ways: cash, bank transfer or paypal.
4. It is not allowed to smoke inside LucasBus vehicles as well as to consume alcoholic beverages.
5. The consumption of food and non-alcoholic beverages inside LucasBus vehicles requires the prior approval of the driver.
6. LucasBus takes no responsibility for delays caused by situations outside its control, such as traffic jams, traffic accidents, bad weather, and police control operations.
7. It is required to both wear seat belt and use special chairs for children (provided by LucasBus) inside LucasBus vehicles.
8. LucasBus has own damage insurance with coverage for personal accident and civil liability for all passengers and their luggage.
9. In case of extra large luggage or particular sports equipment (golf, surfing, body boarding, skiing, etc.) LucasBus should be informed at the time of booking in order to assess the capacity to carry it. In these cases, it may be charged an additional baggage fee.
10. In the transfer service the LucasBus driver can be identified at the arrivals (airport/station/port) holding a white rectangular plate with the client name.
